Zugspitzbahn is only 3 minutes away and takes you to Germany's highest mountain,the Zugspitze. 

Train and bus will take you in 15 minutes to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at the nearby base stations of Kreuzeck, Hausberg and Osterfelder.

The classic area offers skiers and snowboarders of all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) suitable slopes.

A well preserved cross-country trail net is available to our winter sportsmen, directly before the front door.

Grainau with its surroundings offers many possibilitys for tourists.

Alot of lakes invites you to stay. Eibsee, Badersee, Riesersee, Pflegersee. 

Our footpaths are also cleared in winter very well and with a marvellous panorama view.
